摘　　要： 分析了自行车飞轮的结构特点、工艺要求 ,介绍了注射模的结构以及工作过程 ,并且对尼龙66的注射工艺要点进行了分析。 The structure characteristics and the technological requirement of the flywheel of the bicycle were analyzed. The structure and working process of the injection mould for forming the flywheel were introduced. And the main points of the injection process of the Nylon 66 were analyzed.
