摘 要: 采用HTU-NTU(传质单元高度-传质单元数)方法,研究了Mellapak 250Y板波纹规整填料在0.3-1.9 MPa压力范围内的传质效率。实验用精馏塔内径为0.15 m,实验物系为正丁烷/正戊烷,在全回流条件下,根据液相样品中轻组份(正丁烷)的浓度,可求出气相总传质单元高度(HTUOG)。实验结果表明,当操作压力从1.0增至1.9 MPa时,HTUOG从0.365 m增至O.551m,这表明在高压下规整填料的传质效率随压力的增加而下降,这主要归因于气相返混和液相在填料内的不均匀分布。 Mass transfer efficiency of Mellapak 250 Y corrugated structured packing in distillation column at operating pressures from 0.3 to 1.9 MPa was studied experimentally and analyzed by using HTU-NTU method. The distillation column is 0.15 m in diameter with n-butane/n-pentane as separating system at total reflux. The HTUOG, is evaluated from the data of n-butane concentration profile in liquid phase. Our result shows that the HTUOG is increased from 0.365 to 0.551 m with pressure increasing from 1 .0 to 1 .9 MPa. It indicates the reduction of mass transfer efficiency of the structured packing at high pressure is mainly due to the effect of vapor backmixing and the subsequent liquid maldistribution.
