摘 要: 两相纳米晶复合交换耦合稀土永磁材料由于具有高剩磁、高磁能积、高矫顽力和相对低的稀土含量等优点而成为当前国际上研制新一代稀土永磁材料的主要途径.文章综述了其理论模型、磁特性和加工方法,以及存在的问题和发展前景. Dual-phase nanocrystalline composite exchanging rare-earth permanent magnets show both a high remanence Br and a high coercivity field iHc. These two properties result in a high maximum energy product (BH)max, compared with traditional rare-earth permanent magnets, rare-earth content of nanocrystalline magnets is relatively low. So these materials have become main approach to research new rare-earth permanent magnets in the world now. The present article summarizes theoreticle models, magnetic characteristic and process of nanocrystalline magnets, and describes its developmental foreground and some problems.
