摘 要: 采用序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR),在厌氧/好氧运行条件下,研究了硫循环过程对聚磷菌功能的影响.在厌氧条件下,硫酸盐还原过程和聚磷菌的释磷过程可以同时发生;硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)与PAOs之间对低分子碳源表现为竞争关系,使PAOs的释磷效果降低、聚-β-羟基丁酸(PHB)合成减少.从而降低了好氧段的聚磷能力.试验结果还指出硫循环过程控制不当会引起活性污泥丝状膨胀. The interactions between sulfur cycle and phosphorus accumulation organisms (PAOs) in the actived sludge of a SBR under the anaerobic-oxic processwere is given in this paper. Under anaerobic conditions, both sulfate reduction and phosphorus release occurred simultaneously, making competitive relationship of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) and PAOs. The results of the competition for carbon source between SRB and PAOs is that PAOs can store less poly-beta-hydroxyl-butyrate(PHB) in anaerobic process .This caused less capability use of stored PHB under oxic condition.In the process of anaerobic/oxic, a sulfur cycle for the energy requirements, established which is the main reason for filamentous bulking of activated sludge.
