摘 要: 汽轮机真空系统严密性是关系到汽轮机安全、经济运行的重要指标。目前,评价汽轮机真空系统严密性的指标是真空系统严密性试验得到的真空下降速度。对现有的各种评价汽轮机真空系统严密性的方法包括真空系统严密性试验存在的问题进行了分析,指出在线测定漏入真空系统的空气量并据此实现在线定量评价真空系统严密性是未来的发展趋势,并对实现在线定量评价真空系统严密性所需要解决的一些技术问题进行了讨论。 Vacuum system tightness is the important index that affects the safety and economy in operation of steam turbines. At present, the appraising index is the rate of vacuum down obtained from vacuum tightness test. In this paper, the shortcomings of some appraising methods for vacuum system tightness of steam turbines including vacuum tightness test are analyzed. The viewpoint is pointed out that it is the developing trend to be based on on-line measure of air quantities leaked into vacuum system to quantitatively appraise vacuum system tightness. Some technical questions that need solving in realizing the quantitative appraisement of vacuum system tightness are discussed. tightness.
