摘　　要： 对中国内地和香港的离婚法律制度进行了比较,指出两者间的差异,提出了协调和解决该问题的方法。 The paper makes a comparative study of the Divorce Law in China's Mainland and Hong Kong S.A.R., and reveals the conflicts between the two. In addition, it ventures to offer suggestions on coordination and solution in response to the conflicts.
