摘　　要： 民众思想要不要写入思想史、关于思想家的定位问题、思想史的定位及与哲学史的联系和区别 ,这是中国思想史研究中的几个基本问题。以民众思想、思想家与思想史的内在关联为基础 ,该文对此进行了深入、独特的思考。 There are several primary problems in the studies on Chinese history of thought: Whether the popular thought would be included in the history of thought or not; the questions of the thinker's status; the status of history of thought and the relationship and difference between the philosophical history and the history of thought. Based on the inner relationship between the popular thought, thinkers and history of thought, this paper analyzes these problems from a unique and profound point of view.
