摘　　要： 法定竞业禁止义务是防止企业的高级管理人员泄露商业秘密和不正当使用企业商业资源的重要制度。文章指出了法定竞业禁止的重要性 ,分析了我国现行法定竞业禁止立法的缺陷 。 The Legal Prohibition of Competitive Business Behavior is an important regulation to prevent the enterprise's superior managers from disclosing the business secrets and illegally using valuable business sources of the enterprise. This article points out the importance of the Legal Prohibition of Competitive Business Behavior, and analyzes the imperfections of the laws about it. In the body part of this article, the author puts forward a proposal to improve the law about the Legal Prohibition of Competitive Business Behavior in our country.
