摘 要: 防腐性颜填料在防腐涂料中具有重要作用,合理地选择颜填料品种及其粒径,是高性能防腐涂料配方设计的关键。从填料的鳞片化、防锈颜料的环保化、颜料的超细化和对颜料进行表面处理等4个方面对防腐性颜填料的发展方向进行论述,指出在重视涂料用基料树脂开发的同时,决不能忽视配套填颜料的开发。 The anticorrosive pigments and fillers play an important rule in anticorrosive coatings, then proper variety and particle size of pigments and fillers are critical in formulation design of anticorrosive coatings. This article has reviewed the prospect of development of anticorrosive pigments and fillers in terms of four aspects: flake formation of fillers, environmentally-friendly anticorrosive pigments, micronization of pigments and surface treatment of pigments, and indicated that development of pigments and fillers shall never be neglected when focusing on the development of resins for coatings.
