摘 要: 针对透平机械轴系的扭振问题,本文考虑了离心力可能对轴系扭振产生的影响,提出了轴系扭振的动频问题,从理论上推导出了单盘转子动频的计算公式,并应用有限元方法计算出单盘转子的扭振动频,得到了单盘转子扭振动频系数与其圆盘直径平方之间的比例关系,为下一步在透平机械复杂轴系中开展动频研究打下了基础。 During the research of the torsional vibration of turbines, the centrifugal force is considered in this paper. The natural frequency of torsional vibration with rotation is mentioned and it's formula in the rotor with a single disk is obtained. After comparing the natural frequencies of torsional vibration with and without rotation in different rotors, the relationship between the coefficient of the natural frequency of torsional vibration with rotation and the square of the diameter of the disk is extracted. The software MSC.Marc and the method of the finite element are used in this paper.
