摘 要: 基于渗透法制备气体混合物的基本原理,采用8031单片机为核心,通过L/O扩展芯片(8255)、外接液晶显示器(LCD)、触摸键盘(4×4阵列)以及微型打印机(TPμP-16A),构成一个单片机应用系统,将其引入渗透式湿度发生器中,实现自动输出任意设定值的低湿气体,提示选用渗透管的规格,对检测数据实时采样、分析处理,并实现显示和打印出输出气体的湿度值。仪器产生的湿度稳定、精确,可作为湿度测量标准计量时配套使用的标准动态湿度源。 Based on the basis philosophy of the preparation gas mixture-the permeation method.A single-chip computer application system is constructed which is consisted of single-chip 8031 and its periphery chips(LCD micro-printer TP P- 16A and4×4 membrane keypad which are linked to 8255).It is introduced into the permeation method's humidity generator.So it is completed the following function : automatically output the low humidity gas that was given randomly, hint the user select the ordinances of the osmos tube, sample and deal the detected data real time, display and print the output gas' humidity.The humidity of the instrument's output gas is steady and accurate .It can be used as a standard dynamic humidity generator for measuring the humidity.
