摘　　要： 以水稻南粳 39为材料 ,研究了外源Ca2 + 对糙米萌发和有关贮藏物动员的影响。在 0～ 15mmol·L-1Ca2 + 浓度范围内 ,低浓度Ca2 + 能提高糙米的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、呼吸速率和淀粉酶活力及淀粉等贮藏物质的降解 ;随着Ca2 + 浓度的升高 ,上述指标下降 ;最适浓度为 0 5mmol·L-1。 By using a japonica rice variety Nanjing 39 as materials,effect of exogenous Ca 2+ on the germination vigor and several physiological and biochemical indexes of brown rice were determined.Results showed that the germinating power,germination percentage,germination indexes,vigor index,respiration rate and amylase activity could get maximum at the Ca 2+ concentration of 0.5 mmol·L -1.Over 5.0 mmol·L -1 of Ca 2+,those indexes decreased.
