摘 要: 通过对试验性热应激肉仔鸡呼吸器官、消化器官和内分泌器官的显微组织学和超微组织学观察表明:热应激时肉仔鸡的肺脏呈现充血、肺泡破裂等器质性病变;气管粘膜随热应激时间的延长完整性遭到破坏;肝脏水泡变性明显,腺胃、十二指肠、空肠和回肠的粘膜损伤、水肿。甲状腺的滤泡大小不一,滤泡细胞类型改变,肾上腺的肾间组织和嗜铬组织呈现明显的细胞变性。 The tissue samples of respiratory,digestive and endocrine organs of broilers in heat stress were continuously observed microscopic and electronmicroscopichistologically,and scanned with electron microscope.The result showed that the lung was hyperemia,congestion and hemorrhage and laryngitis tunica Nicosia was gradually destructed,and with the days going,it become severe;The liver become edema,and with the days going,the liver cells become severe hydatiddegenetation.The whole intestine tenue's tunica mucosa were destructive with the days going.Thyroid gland's follicles were not coherence in dimension and follicles cells genus changed.The adrenocortical cortex and medulla cells become severe degeneration.
