摘 要: 超精密隔振平台振动控制系统是一个带不确定干扰的非线性系统。结合广义预测控制原理提出了一种计算机数字控制方法 ,该方法克服了一般线性状态反馈控制系统所存在的由于模型非线性和干扰引起系统控制精度变差的缺点。所设计的控制系统能够有效地抑制空气弹簧固有的非线性、超磁致伸缩致动器的磁滞和环境振动干扰。仿真结果表明 ,该方法使系统具有较好的鲁棒性和控制精度。 With the generalized predictive control principle ,a new digital control method of vibration was presented for the ultra-precision vibration isolation platform, which is a nonlinear system with uncertain disturbances. The method has advantages comparing with the linear state feedback control method whose dynamic performances and control accuracy of the system may become worse while the nonlinearity and disturbances exist. The giant magnetostrictive actuators designed with the law can effectively restrain the effects of the natural nonlinearity of the air springs,the hysteresis of the giant magnetostrictive actuators and the environmental vibration. The results testify that the new method has good robustness and control accuracy.
