摘 要: 我国现行师德规范存在着偏重理想性 ,缺乏现实性 ;偏重社会要求 ,缺乏人文关怀 ;偏重价值性约束 ,缺乏专业性规定的问题 ,致使师德规范难以成为广大教师自觉的职业追求和有效的行为准则。师德必须在“以人为本”的基调中 ,在教师职业专业化的视野下 ,在法律和社会公德基础上重构 。 Our current moral norms for teachers reveal the following defects: They emphasize idealism but ignore the reality; emphasize social requirements but ignore human concern; emphasize value restrictions but ignore professional stipulations. Therefore, in China moral norms for teachers fail to become objective behavior standards teachers are willing to observe. This paper proposes that moral norms for teachers be reconstructed on the basis of humanism, law and social ethics.
