摘 要: 无领导小组讨论法(LGD)是一种行之有效的人才评价方法。实验证明,该方法有助于提高学生的交际能力,教师不参与讨论过程有利于降低学生焦虑,具有良好的应用前景。 Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) is an effective way to human resource evaluation. This paper attempts to discuss its feasibility in the College English oral assessment. Firstly, the construct definition is given within the theoretical framework of Communicative Language Ability (CLA). Then, the implementation process and features in the practice is briefed. Last, an empirical study for a term is carried out. The findings indicate that the method is beneficial to improving students’ communicative competence in the social context, and the lack of teachers’ participation in discussion is beneficial to bringing down students’ anxiety.
