摘　　要： 4L润滑油罐灌装自动生产线主体设备由两台FAVEO灌装机、一台SAMSA纸箱包装机、一台码垛机等组成 ,实现 :空罐输送、灌油、旋盖、两线汇合、喷码、封口等一系列工序。文章阐述实现输送系统各工序 ,关键技术难题的解决方法 :导杆式重力下滑的方法 ,两线合一分线控制方法 ,包装箱转弯、跨越方法 。 The paper introduces the composing of the 4L oilcan filling automatism product line.
