环氧改性水溶性硅油的合成
Synthesis of epoxy-modified water-soluble silicone fluid.

摘  要: 在氯铂酸催化下 ,通过低含氢硅油与不饱和缩水甘油醚、聚氧乙烯烯丙醚的硅氢加成反应 ,制得环氧改性水溶性硅油 ;采用化学滴定法测定未反应活性氢的质量分数 ,从而确定含氢硅油的转化率 ;在合成过程中采用甲苯作溶剂、正丙醇作封闭剂 ,可避免在中和反应后发生交联 ,有利于保证产品的稳定性。最佳反应条件为 :催化剂用量为单体质量分数的 0 0 1 89% ;不饱和聚醚与含氢硅油的量之比为 1 1∶1 0、反应时间 4h、反应温度 85℃ ;在此条件下 ,含氢硅油的转化率为 97 1 %。 The epoxy modified water soluble silicone fluid was obtained by the hydrosilylation reaction of low H containing silicone fluid with unsaturated glycidyl ether and polyoxyethylene diallyl oxide under the catalysis of chloroplatinic acid.The mass fraction of non reaction active hydrogen was tested by chemical titration method,thus the conversion rate of H containing silicone fluid was determined.Taking toluene as solvent and n propanol as blocking agent in the synthesis,the cross linking reaction could be avoided during and after the synthesis reaction,which benefited to the stability of the products.The preferred conditions for the reaction were that the content of catalyst was 0 0189 % of the monomer mass fraction; the molar ratio between unsaturated polyether and H containing silicone fluid was 1 1∶1 0; the reaction time was 4 h and the reaction temperature was 85 ℃.Under the above conditions,the conversion rate of H containing silicone fluid could reach 97.1%.
