摘　　要： 目的对来自西安临潼、阎良、长安三区的共计29名幼儿园校车司机进行心理分析,了解和探索校车司机的人格特征,为预防和解决其心理问题提供依据。方法采用上海惠诚心理测试系统的明尼苏达多相人格调查表的MMPi测试软件作为研究工具。结果 1校车司机与对照组在Pt、L、K三个量表上存在统计学差异(P<0.01);2校车司机在十个临床量表项目的 T分平均值都低于60分。结论校车司机整体不存在人格偏离或心理问题,但答题过程中存在自我掩饰和自我保护,因此,应在对校车司机进行MMPi测查的基础上,丰富检测手段,进一步降低答题动机对测试结果的影响。 Objective from xi 'an lintong, Yan Liang, changan, the three areas, a total of 29 kindergarten school bus driver psychological analysis, to understand and explore the personality characteristics of bus drivers, to provide basis for prevention and solve their psychological problems.Methods the Shanghai HuiCheng psychological testing system of Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory of MMPI test software as a research tool.Results①the school bus drivers and the control group on the Pt, L, K three scale statistical differences (P < 0.01);②the school bus driver in ten clinical scale project T points average is below 60 points.Conclusion the bus driver was whole personality deviation or psychological problems, but the answer dissimulation and exist in the process of self-protection, therefore, should be on the school bus driver MMPI test, on the basis of abundant detection means, further reducing the answer motivation affect test results.
