摘　　要： 针对航空物流企业货机A类航材即关键性航材的库存管理,首先分析其独立季节性需求,建立了货机A类航材订货模型;在建模过程中,基于需求的独立性选择了定量订货策略,应用中心化移动平均法设置了季节性指数,并将其作为需求加权系数;在此基础上,充分考虑订货提前期和期内航材需求量的双重偏离及航材保障率目标,确定了订货点模型,然后基于季节性需求对EOQ模型进行优化,得出一定时期内既能保障航材供应,又符合总成本最小原则的订货量模型。最后采用一个实际算例,验证了该模型能有效实现货机A类航材供应保障和库存管理成本控制两者之间的平衡。 In this paper,for the inventory management of class A aviation materials,that is,key aviation materials,for the freighters of airway logistics enterprises,we first analyzed their independent seasonal demand and established the ordering model of such materials;in the modeling process,we chose the quantified ordering strategy based the independent selectivity of the demand,determined the seasonal index using centralized moving average method and used it as the weighting coefficient of the demand;on such basis,we fully considered the double deviation of the order lead time and demand volume within it as well as the objective of material support rate and determined the ordering point model;then we optimized the EOQ model on the basis of the seasonal demand and established the ordering model that could both guarantee sufficient supply and comply with the minimal total cost principle.At the end,through an empirical algorithm,we demonstrated that such model could effectively realize the equilibrium between material supply and inventory cost control.
