一种具有特殊形貌的超细镍粉制备研究
Synthesis of Ultrafine Nickel Powders with Particular Morphology

摘  要: 以NiCl2为主要原料,水合肼液相还原合成了刺球状的超细镍粉。刺球状颗粒是球状颗粒表面上长满了锥状刺。同时研究了NaOH浓度,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)浓度,以及反应温度对超细镍粉形貌的影响。应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对镍粉进行了结构表征。研究结果表明镍粉的晶体结构为面心立方,同时颗粒的尺寸可控,随着工艺条件和还原剂浓度变化,粒径在0 1~0 7μm之间变化,相应的刺长在20~250nm之间变化,刺的直径在20~80nm之间。 The ultrafine aristate spherical nickel powders was synthesized by reducing nickel salt with hydrazine hydrate in aqueous solution in the presence of poly(vinylpyrrolidone)(PVP). The powders were spherical particles with thorns in its surface. The thorns were cone-shaped nanorods with small tips. The influence of the concentrations of NaOH, PVP and the reaction temperature were also investigated. The morphology and structure of the powders were investigated by scanning electron micrography (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results showed powders were face centric structural(fcc) and the mean sizes of the particles varied between 0.1~0.7 μm. The thorns length changed from 20 nm to 250 nm with diameter from 20 nm to 80 nm.
