摘　　要： 法治教育在高职院校人才培养中发挥着保护、激励、威慑、规制和信仰功能,这些功能的发挥有赖于高职院校法制教育选择合理有效的路径。高职院校应通过学科教学渗透与专题教育相结合、课外活动与主题活动有机融合、开办法治教育专题网站、营造法治教育文化氛围、利用社会资源营造教育合力等路径推进法治教育。 The law education plays a protective,incentive,deterrence,regulation and belief function in personnel training of higher vocational colleges.Playing these functions depends on choosing reasonable and effective route in the legal education of these colleges.Higher vocational colleges should promote law education through combining subject teaching penetration and special education extracurricular,combining extracurricular activities and theme activities,opening special website,creating a cultural atmosphere of law education and using social resources and other relative ways.
