摘　　要： 学生到企业顶岗实习,由于认识不到位、职业素养欠缺,以及学校管理力量薄弱、校企管理不能有效对接等原因,使学生教育管理工作面对许多问题和困难。通过思想教育帮助学生做好顶岗实习的必要思想准备,推进校园文化与企业文化有机融合,建立校企导师制,加强顶岗实习考核,以及利用网络化手段,是加强顶岗实习学生教育管理的有效手段。 The educational management will face much problems and difficulties when the students go into enterprise to carry on post practice,due to the lack of understanding,the defective on professional quality, the weak management of school and the mismatch of management between school and enterprise. The effective measures to strengthen students’ educational management in internship is to help them make ideological preparation through ideological education,promote the combination between school and enterprise,establish the tutorial system and strengthen the assessment of field work and the use of the network.
