摘 要: 以籼、粳标准测验种为母本 ,对栽培稻一些中间型材料、籼粳交DH株系及籼粳对照品种在内的共 95份材料进行杂交亲和性鉴定 ,结果显示 :全部材料的亲和性分化呈连续分布 ,可分为亲籼 (ICV)、亲粳 (JCV)、广亲和 (WCV)及非亲和 (NCV) 4种类型 ;共鉴定到 5 5份广亲和性材料 ,主要为中间型 (18份 )和籼粳交DH株系 (3 4份 ) ;亲本具有广亲和性的籼粳交DH株系几乎全部具有广亲和性 (占 96.2 % ) ,且广亲和性强于对照品种零轮 ,而亲本不具有广亲和性的籼粳交DH中也能产生广亲和株系 (占 2 5 .0 %~5 7.1% ) ,但广亲和性略差。认为水稻广亲和性的产生可能是由籼粳分化决定的 ,选育中间型广亲和系是广亲和品种选育的主要方向。 The wide compatibility of 95 materials, including intermediate type rice varieties, indica-japonica hybrid DH lines and indica and japonica check varieties, was identified by crossing them to 4 standard indica and japonica testers. The results showed that the compatibility of all tested materials had a continuous distribution, and they could be divided into 4 types, i.e., indica compatible variety (ICV), japonica compatible variety (JCV), wide compatible variety (WCV) and non-compatible variety (NCV), according to the spikelet fertility of their F 1 hybrids. 55 WCVs were identified in this study, among which 18 were from the intermediate type varieties and 34 from the indica-japonica hybrid DH lines. The indica-japonica hybrid DH lines with both WC parents were not only almost all (96.2%) widely compatible but also showed a better wide compatibility than the check Linglun. The indica-japonica hybrid DH lines with non-WC parents could also be widely compatible (25.0%~57.1% of the lines were widely compatible), but showed a slightly poorer wide compatibility. It is concluded that the wide compatibility may be closely related to the indica-japonica differentiation and selection of the intermediate type WC lines is the mainstream in the breeding of WC lines in rice.
