摘　　要： 以邻氨基苯甲醛与各种酮发生的Friedl nder反应为主 ,全面介绍了国内外Friedl nder反应的研究近况。由于Friedl nder反应的反应条件温和、反应底物变化多样、反应产率高 ,而且合成产物的应用范围涉及天然产物化学、药物化学、金属有机化学等诸多领域 ,因此对Friedl nder反应的深入研究具有广阔的前景。参考文献2 8篇。 Using the reaction of o-amionobenzaldehyde with all kinds of ketones as main examples, the recent progress of Fiedlnder reaction are reviewed with 28 references. It is pointed that, for its facile condition, various reactant, high yield and extensive application, the deeper research on Fiedlnder reaction has good prospects in many fields such as natural product chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and metal organic chemistry.
