摘 要: 以邻氨基苯甲醛与各种酮发生的Friedl nder反应为主 ,全面介绍了国内外Friedl nder反应的研究近况。由于Friedl nder反应的反应条件温和、反应底物变化多样、反应产率高 ,而且合成产物的应用范围涉及天然产物化学、药物化学、金属有机化学等诸多领域 ,因此对Friedl nder反应的深入研究具有广阔的前景。参考文献2 8篇。 Using the reaction of o-amionobenzaldehyde with all kinds of ketones as main examples, the recent progress of Fiedlnder reaction are reviewed with 28 references. It is pointed that, for its facile condition, various reactant, high yield and extensive application, the deeper research on Fiedlnder reaction has good prospects in many fields such as natural product chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and metal organic chemistry.
