摘 要: 对大型球罐一般采用整体热处理技术来消除其壁面中的焊接残余应力 ,以确保球罐长期安全运行。针对球罐内部进行整体热处理时的喷射燃烧现象建立均相湍流燃烧模型 ,并用SIMPLE算法进行数值求解。其计算结果显示 ,在热处理过程中球罐内部两侧存在低速旋涡 ,罐内壁面温度从上向下依次降低 ,这与工程试验结果相符。 The main purpose of whole body heat treatment of a spherical tank is to eliminate the remnant stress of post-welding and ensure the long and safe service of the tank The homogeneous turbulent combustion model has been built to describe the combustion process caused by injection from the bottom of the spherical tank Our numerical results show that there are two low intensity vortexes within the spherical tank The highest temperature of inner wall is at the top of the tank and the lower value of the wall height leads to a decrease in wall temperature, which agrees well with the experimental results It is significant to improve the quality of heat treatment of tank for practical application
