摘　　要： 运用ANSYS软件建立了缠绕式提升机卷筒的有限元模型,计算了卷筒在采用木衬和不用木衬时卷筒的变形和应力,分析了木衬对卷筒强度的影响,证明木衬能够改变卷筒应力分布规律,减小筒壁应力,为提升机卷筒的设计提供有价值的理论依据。 This paper established finite element model for winding hoist machine roller by ANSYS software, calculated the stress of the roller under the condition of using wood liner or not. analyzed the effect of wood liner for the intension of minding hoist machine roller, so proved that wood liner could change the distributing rule of roller stress and reduce the stress of roller wall. The valuable theory bases are provided for design.
