阳离子型絮凝剂木素季胺盐的合成条件优选

摘  要: 以硫酸盐法制浆黑液中的木素为原料,合成了阳离子型木素季胺盐絮凝剂。对影响合成的反应温度、搅拌速度、投料方式因素进行了定量分析,采用正交实验研究了反应物质量比、活化时间、反应时间和水的添加量等因素对絮凝剂木素季胺盐合成的影响。结果表明,絮凝剂木素季胺盐的合成的适宜条件为:过硫酸铵催化,反应温度70℃,搅拌速度500r/min,一次性投料,活化时间3min,木素与单体质量比为1∶2.5,反应时间4h,木素与水质量比为1∶1。 In this paper,the flocculant of quaternary ammonium salt of lignin was synthesized using kraft lignin from black liquor.In order to determine the optimum synthesis condition of the quaternary ammonium salt of lignin,cationic flocculant ,the factors including reaction temperature,stirring speed and feeding mode were analyzed quantitatively.The effects of some factors such as the ratio of reactants,acti-vation time ,catalyst content and reaction time on the synthesis were studied by orthogonal experiment.Results indicated that the optimum synthesis conditions of the quaternary ammonium salt of lignin were:ammonium supersulphate was favorable catalyst,reaction temperature70℃,stirring speed500r /min,once through feeding mode,active time 3min,the ratio of lignin to monomer1∶2.5,reaction time 4h and the ratio of lignin to water1∶1.It was proved that the flocculant of quaternary ammonium salt of lignin synthesized from kraft lignin was effec-tive for wastewater treatment.
