摘 要: 以自制阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM,相对分子质量10.5×104,阳离子度13%)与不同相对分子质量的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM,相对分子质量150×104、300×104、(300~600)×104,水解度25%~35%)并用作为纸张增强剂,研究了二者并用的配比及APAM相对分子质量的大小对纸张的增强作用。实验结果表明,在本实验范围内,当CPAM与APAM并用比例为3∶1且APAM相对分子质量为300×104时,该添加物对纸张性能有明显改善;二者并用配比对纸张性能的影响与CPAM和APAM的离子度有关;APAM相对分子质量的大小影响其分子链存在的形态及与纤维间的作用。 The effect of compound of cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM,molecular weight 105000,cationicity13%)and hydrolyzed poly-acrylamide(APAM,molecular weight 1500000、3000000、3000000~6000000,hydrolysis degree25%~35%)as the dual additive on paper strength was studied.The results showed that both the ratio of CPAM to APAM(wt.%)and the molecular weight of APAM were important for improving the tensile index,tear index and burst index of the paper.In this paper,when the compound had CPAM∶APAM ratio3∶1and the molecular weight of APAM was3000000,the paper strength properties could be improved substantially,and the basic weight of paper increased.The degree of influence of the ratio of CPAM to APAM on paper properties was related to their ionicity,the molecular weight of APAM,which was related to the shape of its molecular chains,affected the interaction between the fibers and the APAM.
