摘 要: 绿液中硅含量高是影响苛化工段操作的重要因素之一。实验室研究以直接向绿液投加除硅剂进行除硅操作,可获得高达97%的除硅率。在进行未除硅和除硅苛化液澄清以及白泥洗涤过滤等实验后,证实除硅可缩短苛化澄清时间、压缩白泥沉降层,得到的除硅白泥过滤速度明显加快、干度提高。 High silicon content of green-liquor is one of the important factors affecting alkaline recovery.The operations of clarification of green-liquor,washing and filtering of lime mud were compared between the green liquor with a desilication rate of97%and the undesili-conized one in the laboratory.The results indicated that desilication could quicken defecation,compress subside layer of lime mud and in-crease the lime mud solid content.
