摘　　要： 探讨了有关茂金属聚乙烯吹膜过程中出现的晶点问题,认为产生晶点的主要原因可能是聚合过程中生成少量 支链较少的聚乙烯链段分散于正常产品中,在加工时,具有与正常线性低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)不同的加工塑化熔融 行为所致。 Fisheyes in mLLDPE film were studied. Formation of fisheyes was due to improper control of polymer density during polymerization, causing mMDPE to disperse in normal mLLDPE product. During blowing process, the different melting behaviors of mMDPE and mLLDPE induced formation of fisheyes.
