摘 要: 以ZnSO4·7H2O,FeCl3·6H2O和MnSO4为原料,采用液相沸腾回流法,成功地制备出了纳米锰锌铁氧体。本文着重研究了Fe2+对纳米锰锌铁氧体生成反应的催化作用;研究了在反应前驱物中对锰、锌元素实施补偿的可能性。研究表明,Fe2+对纳米锰锌铁氧体生成反应有催化作用,且在pH低于9.6时,催化作用明显;pH=9.6时,补偿Mn可行。 Based on the precursor of ZnSO 4 ·7H 2 O,FeCI 3 ·6H 2 O and MnSO 4 ,nano-sized Mn-Zn ferrite powders were synthesized by the catalysis of Fe 2+ in boiling circumfluence.Studies show that Fe 2+ has a evident catalysis on preparing of nano-sized Mn-Zn ferrite powders when pH is below9.6.The possibilities of compensation of Mn (Zn)has been examined.The experiments show that Mn can be compensated when pH is9.6.
