摘　　要： 介绍了电子束物理气相沉积 (EBPVD)法制备微层复合材料的优点 ,详述了其四种不同材料体系的设计思想 。 The advantages of m anufacturing micro-layer composites by electron beam physical vapor de position (EBPVD) are introduced and its design methods of four different kinds of materia l systems are stated in detail. Also,the emphasis is paid on the deposition technology of micro-layer composites by EBPVD.
