聚酰胺树脂吸附钯的性能研究

摘  要: 采用静态和动态法研究聚酰胺树脂吸附钯的结果表明 :在弱酸性条件下 ,该树脂对Pd的吸附性能良好。饱和吸附容量为 1 8 2mg/g(干树脂 ) ;用 5 %硫脲 - 0 5mol/LHCl溶液可快速洗脱树脂上吸附的Pd ,洗脱率 >98%。树脂结构稳定易再生 ,反复使用性能好 ,价廉易得 ,操作简便 ,可用于Pd的富集。 The adsorbing properties of merchant polyamide to palladium(Ⅱ) have been investigated in detail.The results showed that the proposed resin was highly stable in structure and its repeatability was good.It can adsorb palladium(Ⅱ) effectively in the range of pH from 1 to 5.The saturated adsorption capacity was as high as 18.2mg/g.It had high selectivity of adsorption,and the enrichment can be carried out in the presence of large amounts of other metal ions.The palladium(Ⅱ) adsorbed on the resin can be eluted by 5% thiourea-0.5mol/L HCl solution quickly.Furthermore,the adsorption mechanism was studied by IR spectrometry.The results indicated that the adsorption of palladium(Ⅱ) is probably physical adsorption.
