摘　　要： 网络空间的全球无边界特点以及虚拟性等特征,决定了世界各国法院在网络空间行使司法管辖权的复杂性,国际社会已逐渐形成了第四国际空间理论、最低联系理论、服务器所在地理论和网址管辖理论等。这些管辖理论都从不同的角度对如何确定网络空间的司法管辖权问题进行了探讨,对协调各国在网络空间的司法管辖权问题大有裨益。 The characteristics of without border and virtuality of cyber space makes the administration of the cyber space difficult and the fourth space theory, the minimum contact theory, server site theory and website administration theory come into being. All these theories explore such issues as how to administrate the cyber space from different perspectives and they do help coordinate the administration of cyber space.
