摘  要: 应用免疫组织化学技术对雌激素受体α和β亚型在鲻鱼性腺进行定位研究.结果显示,在早期卵巢,α与β受体蛋白均在早期初级卵母细胞的卵被膜、核膜和核仁表达,受体阳性物质沿胞膜分布,核显免疫阴性;在卵黄发生期,ER-α和β则在卵被膜、卵黄膜和核膜表达.在精巢,α与β受体蛋白在生精细管生殖被膜、精原细胞、初级和次级精母细胞、精子细胞、足细胞和间质细胞表达,受体免疫阳性物质沿细胞膜分布.这些结果表明,鲻鱼性腺(卵巢和精巢)存在雌激素α与β受体亚型,该受体在介导17β-雌二醇对性腺的生理效应中起重要作用. Estrogen receptor a and β subtypes in the gonads (ovary and testis) of grey mullet were localized by using immunohistochemical technique. The results showed that in the early ovary a and β receptor protein were expressed in the egg envelope and nuclear membrane of early primary oocytes. The positive substance of receptor distributed along cellular membrane, and nucleus showed immuno-negative reaction. In the vitellogenetic stage, ER-a and β were expressed in the egg envelope, yolky membrane and nuclear membrane of oocytes. In testis, a and β receptor protein were expressed in the reproductive envelope of testis, spermatogonia, primary and secondary spermatocytes, spermatotids, Sertoli cell and Leydig cell, in which immuno-positive substance of receptor distributed along cellular membrane. These results indicated that estrogen receptor-a and β subtypes existed in the gonads (ovary and testis) of grey mullet and play an important role in mediating the physiological effects of estradiol-17β on gonds.
