摘　　要： 从企业集群理论出发,在实地调查访谈的基础上,对珠江三角洲工业园区发展的现状特点进行了总结,揭示出珠三角工业园区发展中存在的主要问题,并对其成因进行了深入剖析,最后有针对性地提出了解决问题的对策与建议. On the trend of Economic Globalization is more and more en-hancive, the international competition is more vehement. Man-y countries and regions try to establish the industrial parks to improve their competitiveness. Industrial park research has been caught the governments and academia' attention. On this background, this paper summarizes the present development characters of industrial park of the Pearl River Delta on the basis of investigation and visitation on the spot. Then it was profoundly analyzed of the problems consist in the progress of the development of industrial park and their cause of formations. At last , the counter-measure and suggestion on these problems are put forward.
