摘 要: 知识在法学教育中处于中心的地位,是法学教育培养学生法律素养的主要途径。不同种类的知识在对学生法律素养培育中的功用是不同的。因此,如何在法学教育中合理配置专业知识和非专业知识、国内法知识和外国法知识、方法知识和规范知识、事实知识和价值知识的比例尤为重要。我国法学教育改革的迫切任务之一就是正确理解不同种类知识的功用,并据此重构我国法学教育的知识观。 Knowledge takes the center role in legal education. It is the main channel in legal education to foster the students' accomplishment. Different sorts of knowledge have different effect. Thus, it's especially important to distribute reasonable proportion between professional and non-professional knowledge; domestic law and foreign law knowledge; method and standard knowledge; fact and value knowledge. One of the urgent work for our legal education is to understand correctly the effect of all sorts of knowledge and to reconstruct our legal education by the .understanding.
