摘 要: 采用十溴二苯醚 (DBDPO)与四溴双酚A双 (2 ,3 -二溴丙基 )醚 (TBAB)复配 ,制备阻燃ABS塑料。研究了两种阻燃剂质量比对ABS的氧指数、力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明 :DBDPO与TBAB对ABS有协同阻燃作用 ,在两者总质量分数固定为 15%的条件下 ,DBDPO与TBAB的质量比为 2∶1时 ,阻燃ABS的氧指数达到最大值3 2 4% ,而且具有良好的力学性能和加工性能 ;TGA分析表明DBDPO与TBAB复配延缓了ABS的热分解 ;SEM观察表明TBAB可使DBDPO在ABS基体中分散得更加均匀 。 Flame retardant AB S was prepared by using decabromodipheny l oxide(DBDPO),tetrabrombisphenol A dis( 2,3-dibromopyl) ether(TBAB) and their bl end as flame retardants The total conte nt of the flame retardants was fixed at 15wt% and the effects of the mass ratio of DBDPO and TBAB on the oxygen index( O I ),mechanical properties and processabi li ty of ABS were studied It was found tha t DBDPO and TBAB had synergistic effect on the flame retardancy of ABS When the mass ratio of DBDPO and TBAB was 2∶1,th e OI value of the flame retardant ABS wa s as high as 32 4%,and the flame retarda nt ABS had good mechanical properties an d processability TGA results showed tha t the blend of DBDPO and TBAB delayed th e heat degradation of ABS From SEM inve stigation,TBAB made the DBDPO particles dispersed well in the ABS mat rix and the flame retardancy and impact strength of ABS were improved
