摘 要: 在温度100-130℃、硫酸w(H2SO4)50%~80%和反应时间为3~5 h条件下,用硫铁矿烧渣为主要原料,添加助溶催化剂ZR-08,经过酸溶、水解聚合和膨化凝固,一步直接生产出固体新型复合混凝剂,所得产品的铝铁含量(质量分数)大于18%,碱化度大于10%。在废水处理中的应用表明,新型复合混凝剂具有良好的混凝效果。与聚合氯化铝和聚合硫酸铁等混凝剂相比,该新型复合混凝剂具有优良的性能价格比。 A new type solid compound coagulant was produced with pyrites cinder in a one-step process consisting of solution in 50wt%-80wt% sulphuric acid at 100 - 130 ℃ for 3-5 h, hydrolytic polymerization and expensive solidification. The product coagulant contains > 18% Fe3+ and > 10% basicity. The application in wastewater treatment indicated that the new type coagulant are more excellent and cost effective, compared with the traditional coagulants such as polyalminium chloride and polyferric sulphate.
