摘　　要： 通过对在杭十三所高等院校科技成果转化现状调查．对成果转化经常提到的一些概念进行分析，并对有科学定义的容易达成共识的概念提出探讨． Through the investigation into the present situation of the transformation of the achievement in scientific research in thirteen universities, do the analysis to some common concepts of the transforming of achievement in scietific research and raise some questions abuout some conepts with their scientific defini- tions which are easily arcepted.
