摘 要: 本文提出了用正构烷烃的常压沸点数据切割油品的实沸点曲线,切割出的拟组分物理性质按相应的正构烷烃处理的新方法。通过对物性和等温闪蒸计算结果的比较,证明了该方法的可行性和优越性。该方法克服了拟组分各物性关联式匹配的随意性及适用范围有限等缺点,尤其对减压塔高沸点馏分的精馏计算有重要意义,可以方便地用于工程计算中。 It is proposed that the NBP curves can be cut into a number of pseudocomponents by using the da- ta of normal boiling points of normal paraffins. The physical properties of the pseudocomponent which represents the cut are taken from the corresponding normal paraffins. The feasibility and advantages of the method are demon strated by a number of case studies in both physical properties and isothermal flashes. Compared with the conventional pseudocomponent method,the new approach eliminates the ar- bitrariness in matching the correlations of physical properties and the limitation of its application. It is found that the proposed method is more suitable for vacuum distillation calculations involving high- boiling fractions,and can be conveniently applied to engineering designs.
