摘 要: 本实验采用高速逆流色谱纯化二氢杨梅素。结果表明:选用溶剂系统为石油醚:乙酸乙酯:甲 醇:水(1:3:2:2),在转速为800 r/min,进样量为200 mg、进样速度为1.5ml/min的条件下,能很好地将 80%左右的粗二氢杨梅素提纯到90%以上,进样速度、进样量对二氢杨梅素的分离有一定影响。 High-Speed Countercurrent Chromatography(HSCCC) was used to purify crude dihyrdromyricetin in this paper. The results showed:The raw material of 80% purity dihydromyricetin were purified into more 99% effectively by HSCCC. The separation conditions were determined as 800 r/min rotated rate, 200 mg injection volume,1.5 ml/min flow rate in the solvent system[mineral ether/ethyl acetate/methanol/water(1:3:3:2)]. The separation of dihydromyricetin was effected by flow rate and injection volume.
