摘　　要： 介绍了一种结合生物信息学数据库的比较分析 ,在系统发生相近物种的核酸保守区设计PCR引物 ,通过RT PCR和RACE方法 。 A rapid and concise method for homologous cDNA cloning from different species was recommended. Designing the primers in the conserved domains according to the relative species, homologous cDNA from different species can be rapidly cloned by RT PCR and RACE.
