摘 要: 利用二乙基二烯丙基氯化铵 (DEDAAC)和甲基丙烯酸等乙烯基类单体 (VM)在引发剂过硫酸铵 (APS)的作用下 ,在水溶液中通过共聚合反应制得了一种两性树脂鞣剂 ,研究了各种聚合条件 ,如引发剂和单体浓度对共聚合反应的影响。同时用红外光谱 (FT -IR)、热失重 (TGA)、透射电镜 (TEM)对聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征 ,并进行了应用试验。应用结果表明 :该复鞣剂无败色现象 ,有一定的选择填充性 ,收敛性小 ,鞣后成革手感丰满、柔软。 In this paper, a new amphoteric copolymer retainning agent has been synthesized by copolymerization of diethyldiallyammonium chloride (DEDAAC) and other vinyl monomers in water solution with ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator. The affect of concentration of the monomers and initiator during copolymerization has been studied. Meanwhile, the structure and property was confirmed by IR, TGA and TEM. Applied experiments prove that the product has excellent auxiliary dyeing and some selective filling properties. Results show that the leather made by this copolymer has good handle, softness and fullness.
