摘 要: 通过试验比较的方法 ,使用心境状态量表 (POMS)和心理健康自测量表 (SCL - 90 )等研究工具 ,目的在于研究东方传统体育锻炼对心境状态及心理健康的影响。实验结果表明 :进行东方传统体育锻炼能够改善心境状态 ,有利于提高心理健康水平。 The Profile of Mood State(POMS)and the Mental Health Test(MHT)were used to research the effects of east traditional exercise training on the state of mind and mental health by the method of experiment and comparison The results indicated that the participation of east traditional preserve one's health exercise training could improve the state of mind and helpful to development of mental health
