摘　　要： 以参加第 2 7届悉尼奥运会的八支女子垒球队为研究对象 ,对当前世界女子垒球实力、年龄结构、技术风格与打法类型等进行分析。结果显示 :(1)世界女子垒球仍分为两大集团 ,第二集团队伍与第一集团队伍的总体水平有一定的差距 ;(2 )加拿大、日本、美国、澳大利亚等四支队伍年轻队员多 ,后备力量充足 ,而古巴、意大利、新西兰、中国等四支队伍年龄结构不合理 ,后备力量不足 ;(3)美国、澳大利亚和中国投手的实力明显高于日本投手的实力 ,但日本队在进攻和防守上凭借着细腻的技术默契的配合 ,也能取得比赛的胜利。旨为我国女垒队今后训练与提高 ,提供理论参考。 Players of 8 women softball teams participating in the 27th Olympic Games were studied as objects to make an analysis of the existing strength structure,the age structure in 8 teams,skill and playing styles The result showed that:1 The structure of the world woment softball where devided into two groups,there were still certain differences in the whole strength between two groups 2 There are optimistic for the reserved talent players in four teams and other four teams are not 3 There are two playing styles,the power of the picher is more powerful from USA and Australia than those from Asian coutries,while the power of the field and battig is much powerful from Asian coutries
