摘 要: 制定以篮球、健美操、全面发展等为主要内容的九套健身运动处方 ,在大学课外活动中进行健身运动处方锻炼实验 ,探讨应用健身运动处方进行课外体育锻炼指导的可行性。结果表明 ,进行健身运动处方锻炼能有效地改善大学生心血管功能 ,增进健康。对学生的饮食、睡眠及情绪有良好的调节作用。应用健身运动处方组织大学生进行课外体育锻炼是深受学生欢迎的、科学的、行之有效的锻炼方法 ,易于推广应用。 To study the effect of physical fitness exercise precription on the undergraduate students,we designed and applied 9 different exercise prescriptions on the collegians' extra_curriculum exercises,including basketball,fitness gymnastics,and overall physical fitness exercises The results show that doing exercise prescription can develop the collegians' cardiac_capsular function,promote their physical health,and adjust their sleep,diet and mood significantly It is worth to extend physical fitness exercise prescription in collegians' extra_curriculum exercise because of the simple condition,scientific method and significant effect
