摘　　要： 多元化经营能为企业分散风险 ,稳定企业的收入来源 ,并能增强企业资产的安全性 ,同时企业多元化经营也会出现资金使用分散 ,主业不突出 ,竞争力下降等问题。通过对上述问题的分析 。 By diversifying its operation, the enterprises may separate the risk, make stationary income and increase the safety of their property, in the other hand, it will cause the disadvantages of funds separated and competitiveness lowered. Based on the above analyses, the paper makes discussions on the basic problems faced and the countermeasures to the diversified operation of Chinese enterprises.
