摘 要: S b是控制水稻籼粳亚种间杂种不育性的基因座位之一。在该座位 ,台中 65的基因型为Sj/Sj,广陆矮 4号的基因型为Si/Si。以台中 65和广陆矮 4号为遗传测验种 ,分别与 4个粳型亲籼系配组 ,根据紧密连锁分子标记基因型在这些组合F2 群体中的偏态分离程度 ,测定了这 4个粳型亲籼系在F1花粉不育性S b基因座位的基因型 ,结果表明 ,G2 416 3和G2 417 2 1在S b基因座位的基因型为Si/Si,而G2 60 5和G3 0 0 4 4的基因型为Sn/Sn。比较了不同粳型亲籼系S b基因座位等位基因遗传效应的大小 ,结果表明G2 416 3携带的Si基因与G2 417 2 1携带的Si基因之间 ,以及G2 60 5携带的Sn基因与G3 0 0 4 4携带的Sn基因之间没有显著差异 。 S-b is one of the hybrid sterility loci between indica and japonica cultivars in rice. The genotype of Taichung 65 (T65) and Guanglu’ai 4 (GLA 4) at the locus is S j /S j and S i /S i , respectively. Four indica-compati ble japonica lines (ICJLs), G2416-3, G2417-2-1, G2605 and G3004-4 were cros sed with testers, T65 and GLA 4, and their S-b locus genotypes were identified. The segregation of PCR-based molecular markers linked tightly with S-b locus in F 2 population showed that G2416-3 and G2417-2-1 possessed S i /S i genotype, while G2605 an d G3004-4 contained genotype S n /S n . Comparison of g enetic effect among the alleles at S-b locus in four ICJLs show ed no significant difference between the S i genes in G241 6-3 and G2417-2-1, and between the S n genes in G2605 a nd G3004-4, but significant difference between the S i an d S n genes.
